Felicia Webb is a mother, educator and entrepreneur. Originally from Pennsylvania, Felicia has made Washington, DC her home for the last 15 years. She graduated from Howard University where she received a Bachelor’s in History, with a focus in Elementary Education. With a heart full of passion to serve, she currently teaches Elementary School students in Washington, DC.

Growing up as the oldest child and only girl of four, created an absence of sisterhood in her immediate life. This fueled her passion to network and collaborate with other like minded women with similar interests to do good works for the community. She founded YBFE, (Young Black Female Entrepreneurs) , a platform to educate, equip and empower young black girls and women through youth, teen and adult programs to develop healthy, educated and independent women.

Throughout the years, Felicia's talent to do hair turned into a passion that she has been able to share with many women and children in the Washington D.C./Maryland/Virginia area. She operates as DMV Fee, providing quality hair braiding services and hair products  through her Styles by Felicia  and Tessère brands. With these growing businesses, she has been able to use the profits to fund the YBFE organization.

Felicia continues to use her life experiences and passion to serve as motivational forces to build generational wealth and leave a legacy behind for her son.  With her faith in God, she strives to be a positive influence to anyone her journey inspires.
